Airbräu Brauhaus has it all — local food, Europe’s only airport brewery, and live entertainment. The breakfast choices include veal sausage, Bavarian meatloaf, and eggs with ham. There is always a new specialty item for dinner throughout the week.
2. Altitude (Genève Aéroport, Geneva)
Altitude is located at third floor with seasonal menu having two- and three-course set menus and an à la carte menu with starters like ricotta and mushroom gnocchi and mains like golden scallops. The desserts include chocolate mille-feuille with orange confit, orange sorbet, and a light saffron syrup.
3. Anthony’s Fish Bar (Seattle Tacoma International Airport)
The restaurant offers variety from waterside seafood to fish and chip bars providing fresh and local seafood.. Anthony’s Fish Bar serves Puget Sound oysters on the half shell and wild Alaskan king salmon. The signature dish for dessert include wild mountain blackberry cobbler.
4. Columbia Restaurant Café (Tampa International Airport)
The café offers delicious Cuban delights, like café con leche (coffee with milk) and Cuban toast. Icebox Café has a “grab and go” convenience offering sweets, snacks and meals. This cafe provides homemade cakes like Oprah Winfrey’s favorite The Bomb, a hefty slice of dark chocolate cake, cheesecake brownie, and chocolate mousse layers topped with chocolate ganache.
